Information we collect by automated means with Polyshaper and other tools , such as (i) The type of device you use and its operating system (ii) Identification details of your device, such as any unique device identifier such as an IDFA (for iOS) or MAC address (iii) IP address of your device (iv) information about your device, such as your device hardware model, operating system version, or mobile network information (v) Information about your use of Polyshaper (vi) copy and storage of your creations and designs on our servers for backup purposes.
d. Information We Obtain in Connection with Customer Support. In the event of a technical support by our team, you may be asked to share with us information about your use of the Services which may be collected by Us. If you provide such additional information, it will be used only in connection with our efforts to diagnose and solve your technical problem, and to improve the App, the Services.
2. How we Use the Information We Collect:
We may use the information we collect to provide the Services as well as for other purposes (or combination thereof) such as (a) Providing, administering and communicating with you about products, services, events and promotions (including by sending you newsletters and other marketing communications) (ii) Processing, evaluating and responding to your requests, inquiries and applications (iii) Customizing your experience with our Services (iv) Protecting against and preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, security issues, claims and other liabilities, and managing risk exposure and quality (v) Complying with and enforcing applicable legal requirements, industry standards and our policies and terms (vi) Providing customer support

4. General terms:
- You agree that the laws of Spain, E.U., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Agreement and/or the Services. We both agree that all of these claims can only be litigated in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, EU, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
